Gutter Foreman (Fargo, ND)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated, dependable Gutter Foreman with previous experience in seamless gutters to lead our installation crews. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to safety, strong work ethic with a “go-getter” mentality, and experience in a supervisory role. In this role, you will:

• Lead team of 2+ crew members for installation of gutters and other premium exterior products
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
• Manage crew time clock and schedules
• Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors to ensure project proceeds on time
• Work with Scheduler and Production Manager to report project status
• Maintain driving logs
• Maintain OSHA compliance by working with Safety Coordinator
• Use iPad for record keeping, form submissions, etc.

Requirements

• Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• 3+ years of gutter installation experience
• Previous crew lead experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders/planks

Gutter Installer (Fargo, ND) – No Experience Necessary

Responsibilities include assisting the crew with installing gutters and gutter protection, as well as removing old gutters and other duties as assigned. Construction experience is helpful. Must be comfortable with hand tools and working on ladders and planks.
